But as the silly season creeps closer, we know our turnaround times for our jobs may stretch to 7 days. However the good news is that we’re currently averaging 5.2 days and will maintain this where possible.

Please be aware that for any orders placed before 12noon on Friday 12 December, we will guarantee delivery by Wednesday 24 December, in time for the Christmas holidays. Orders placed after this date will likely be delivered prior to 24 December, but cannot be guaranteed due to courier constraints. Please call for approximate turnaround times if a delivery time is critical.

Please note all IBS staff will be taking a holiday break and hence our office will be closed from midday Tuesday 23 December 2008 until Monday 5 January 2009. Any jobs sent through during this time will join a queue and be processed upon our return.
