SEASONS GREETINGS!

As the year comes to a close, we’d like to thank you for allowing us to be your partner in print throughout 2008.

Please note that IBS is closed from midday Tuesday 23 December 2008 until Monday 5 January. Any jobs sent through during this time will join a queue and be processed upon our return from the holiday break on the 5th, so keep sending them through.

From all the team at IBS Design Resources, we hope you enjoy a safe and happy holiday season. We look forward to working with you in 2009 and sharing a prosperous New Year.

Best wishes,
Scott Siganto
And all the team at IBS Design Resources.

CALENDARS – A GREAT BUSINESS BOOSTER

Begin the year with a great business booster - calendar orders! Calendars can do a year’s worth of promotions for any business. How many of your customers are missing out on this because they haven’t ordered calendars from you?

And what are you going to do about it?

We suggest sending this letter to your customers in the first week of January, outlining how they can use calendars to promote their products or services and reap the benefits.

At the same time, put this poster up in your front window as soon as you return from the Christmas break, so prospective customers can see the range available and know where they can purchase them.

Next, have a look at our range of calendars and their prices, and calculate the margin you can make by selling them.

Then, if you’re short on time, use our ready-made templates by simply dropping your customer’s logo into the artwork and sending it to be printed.

Send your order to sales@ibscards.com.au but remember to do this now, as it’s almost the beginning of 2009 already!

CASE STUDY – Pocket notebooks

How can a printing company help a client whose business is children’s entertainment? Easily, with themed pocket notebooks for party packs!

Themed party pack notebooks
A children’s entertainment company was giving their under-10 year old clients party packs, consisting of several themed toys sourced from various manufacturers. However the notebooks from the local variety store were not cost-effective and so they approached our client about producing pocket notebooks that could be used instead. The result is fairy, car-racing and other themed notebooks that only cost 51 cents each when six months’ worth of notebooks are ordered at a time. Furthermore, the notebooks are printed with a photo image of the entertainer who visited their party, adding a personal touch. What a great idea!
