What slows down an order?
You might be interested to know that the most common reasons an order is slowed down are easily overcome:
Jobs being placed on hold due to simple things being overlooked in the order, such as specifications not being detailed (like not stating whether you want a matt or gloss celloglaze)
Jobs being submitted with both sides of the artwork on one page or in separate PDF documents (instead of one two-page PDF file)
Sending multiple jobs in one email that have different specs, such as different quantities (250 for this name, 1,000 for the generic and 500 each of these names leave room for human error when booking in)
Not checking your confirmation email and ringing us immediately to advise if something is incorrect (and please call us if you don’t receive a confirmation email within 8 hours of sending your order)
