| IBS will be closed from Tuesday 22 December 2009 to Sunday 10 January 2010 for the Christmas break. If you wish to receive any jobs prior to Christmas Eve, you need to place your order by 5:00pm 9 December. Please be aware that we will continue to process all orders received after this date and most will be delivered prior to Christmas. However after 9 December we cannot guarantee that your job will be delivered before Christmas.
It is important to remember that this is the time of year when we start getting extremely busy and as a result, there may be longer turnaround times experienced. We will endeavour to keep within our standard turnaround times, but if you are concerned, please call us. On a different subject, you may receive an email requesting you to fill out one of our random client satisfaction surveys. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to fill out the seven questions to help us gauge how we are really going and where we can improve in the future. If you have any questions or feedback about this initiative, please let us know. Have a successful November! |
