Where possible, we recommend you send your orders as early as possible to beat the rush. Our turnaround time is currently averaging 4 – 5 working days, but this may stretch out as the orders pour in, so please remember to factor this in when speaking with your customers.

CHRISTMAS DEADLINE & CLOSURE
Just a reminder that if you require a job to be delivered by Christmas, we highly recommend you place your order by 5:00pm Wednesday 9 December. While all jobs received after this date will still be processed and most will be delivered prior to Christmas, we cannot guarantee it.

IBS will be closed from Wednesday 23 December 2009 to Sunday 10 January 2010 for the holiday break.

IN THE KNOW AT IBS
It’s imperative that all jobs have 2mm bleed on every external edge of the artwork. Otherwise, you run the risk of having a white border. On the other hand, to prevent your artwork being cut by the guillotine, we recommend all borders, logos, text and important information is located 3mm inside the trim edge. If you follow these instructions and size your document to finished card size, you should never have problems with bleed.
