| CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATING HOURS |

| I thought I’d take this opportunity to remind all our clients of our operating hours, particularly with the various public holidays that occur around this time of the year. Our factory operates extended hours to ensure our fast turnaround times are met, however if you have any general enquiries, it is best to contact one of our customer service team members during office hours. IBS office staff are available on our free call phone number, 1800 062 550 or their personal email, from 8:00am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that we are closed on Monday 5 May for Labour Day here in Queensland, as well as Monday 9 June for the Queen’s Birthday public holiday. Regardless of the time of day, as part of our three-way guarantee, we will always endeavour to provide you with the best service available. | Calendars seem an appropriate product to profile this month as we are encouraging our clients to consider promoting them with other end-of-financial year orders. But here’s a bit of a twist on the old favourite…
Calendars
For instance, one of our clients recently ordered the calendars to be used as a take away menu. Another possibility is for service providers’ phone numbers – like doctors, dentists or babysitters. With a little imagination, you can probably create even more uses. Keep in mind that for any DL flyer with a magnet affixed you will only pay the current calendar special prices, regardless of its use! |
