OUR PRICE GUARANTEE
The world economy and Australia’s business environment over the next 12 months are hot topics in the media at the moment. If you believe some of the reports, everything from interest rate rises to the possible recession in the United States is foretelling at the very least, an uncertain future. This is why I think it’s important to draw your attention to our price guarantee.

IBS offers a three-way guarantee on our products, service and price. This means that if you receive a quote for a comparable job which is cheaper than our price, we will match that price and still provide unbeatable service and quality. Put simply, our price will not be beaten.

In today’s business environment I hope that it’s comforting to know that we stand behind this guarantee to give you the best possible price. IBS has been designed to offer you the most convenient method of getting your printing done in a fast turnaround time, at a great price. Part of this commitment is displaying our full price, including GST and delivery, at all times. If there’s more that we can do, please let us know, as we want to work with you, as your partner in print, to produce the very best results possible.

ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES
IBS implements a number of environmental initiatives in the factory, including the use of vegetable and soy-based inks, fluoro lighting and water recycling units on the press and plate making facilities. Additionally, we also recycle timber pallets, cardboard, plastic drums and the plates used in each job. Since the introduction of our new ‘Stationery Class 100’ range of products, we’ve also been donating any excess stock to local schools for reuse.

If you have any great environmental initiatives that you’d like to share with us, or think we could adopt, please email them to Jodie Mosselveld, jodie@ibscards.com.au

CASE STUDY
Flyers
This case study just goes to show what sharing feedback can result in.

A client recently approached us with a special product request - A5 flyers on the IBS ‘Stationery Class 100’ stock. They were really excited about the new stock and thought their customers would be as well, but wanted to be able to offer more than just A4 letterhead. Specifically, the client wanted A5 and A6 flyers that could be used for letter box drops.

After discussing the request with the client and conducting some market research, we decided to trial A5 and A6 flyers. herefore we now offer 1,000 full colour, single-sided A5 flyers on ‘Stationery Class 100’ stock for only $143, and 1,000 A6 flyers for $121, including GST and delivery.

We look forward to receiving your feedback on these new products.

IN THE KNOW AT IBS
Introducing… Nikki Breitkreutz! Nikki started with IBS a few weeks ago, following the completion of her Business degree last year. Thinking it was time to put her uni work into practice, Nikki is now responsible for the Accounts Receivable role at IBS. This includes processing credit card payments, entering all payments received, monitoring overdue invoices and accounts and answering enquiries about payments.

Here’s a little bit more information about Nikki:

Q. What do you think is the most important aspect of printing?
A. Effective and positive communication with clients – helps attract new clients and retain old ones. We can’t get the job right unless there is an effective communication path that ensures complete understanding.

Q. What has your experience at IBS taught you so far?
A. It has provided me with more accounts experience that will be very important throughout my account career. I have also learnt the importance of client relationships. Teamwork creates better workflow, and makes everyone’s jobs a lot easier.

Q. Tell us something interesting about yourself.
A. I am a Simpsons fanatic! I’ve got all the seasons and have watched the movie about a million times.
