At IBS we embrace the ‘green’ message. We use paper from renewable resources which are closed looped when combined with existing recycling programs. Not only do we recycle but our products are also sustainable, as our source is unlimited because it grows again and again.

We also encourage our clients to consider the environment by offering paper products that are sourced from sustainable forestry. The ‘Business Class 420’ is also elemental chlorine free (ECF) and ‘Economy Class 310’ stocks are covered by an environmental management system (EMS).

Our celloglazed stock is recycled the same as the uncelloglazed, however it goes through a process where the film is stripped off before being reprocessed. All our excess stock is stored and recycled this way.

We believe there will be a new biodegradable celloglaze being released in Australia around mid-2009, however at this point in time celloglazes are not recyclable. Once more information on this new product becomes available, we will be investigating its benefits further and will share such information with our clients.

Vegetable and soy-based inks used (with exception of Metalix, which is mineral-based, as are all metallic inks)
