    Customer Support 1. Decide what your client needs
Have a flick through this guide. Work with your customer on what meets their needs. Once your client signs off on the artwork you can send us your file. Remember that we print your files without sending you a proof, so double check the files you send us!

2. What we need when you place an order
When you would like to go ahead with an order, it is necessary for you to provide us with press-ready digital artwork. Please note that we print the file supplied by you. Any inaccuracies in the supplied artwork are your responsibility. It is impossible to rely on colours displayed on monitors or by desktop printers, so please use a CMYK colour chart to check how your finished work will look.
To ensure your cards are delivered on time and printed correctly we would appreciate you using our order form, or at least including all of this information on your own order.

3. Sending files

We always recommend you fax us an order when sending files via FTP or email.

Our fax number is 07 5596 7034. If a problem occurs with receipt of your file we can contact you immediately.

NOTE: When transmitting files over the internet please use either winzip or stuffit to compress your files and reduce the chance of corruption.

4. Make your payment
It is our policy for payments to take place upon order. We do not provide monthly accounts. We take credit cards, cheques, cash and direct deposits. You will receive three automated emails updating you on the progress of your job. The last two will contain a PDF of your invoice and estimated delivery dates. Our account details are: IBS Design Resources, ANZ Nerang, BSB 014 679, Account Number 1087 60255. When making the deposit please include your invoice number or client ID in the description field.

5. Delivery
All Business Class products include overnight delivery Australia wide (except the NT, which may take an additional day). Economy Class products include road freight, delivery time will vary according to your location. All orders will be returned to you unless otherwise advised.
