Banner Flags have arrived at IBS!
They're one of the most popular forms of outdoor advertising due to their high visibility and easy assembly. Designed to withstand the harsh sun rays, our teardrop and feather flags are printed using dye-sublimation, made of high quality 110gsm knitted polyester and are double stitched for durability.
All "banner flag sets" come standard with:
- A fibreglass pole
- Star picket ground spike (everyday super saver comes inclusive with a Round Economy Ground Spike)
- Free carry bag for easy transportation

Single Sided V Double Sided Printing
Every banner flag has the option of being single or double sided and it's important that we explain the difference (other than the obvious)
Single Sided Flags (mirror image reverse) - a single sided flag means that we print one piece of fabric. When the front of the flag is printed, ink bleeds through the material to show a mirror image of the print on the back. This mirror image appears less vibrant than the front image.
Double Sided Flags (with added blockout material) - to create a double sided flag, we print on two seperate pieces of fabric from two different files. (If we printed the same file, the back of your flag would appear as a mirror image of the front). We then put a piece of blockout material between the two seperate pieces of fabric to avoid any print showing through the other side. Once carefully sown together, you have a high quality double sided flag which appears correctly no matter which way the wind blows.
Base Options
Star Picket Ground Spike - is included in all Flag Sets. As the most common flag base, the star picket ground spike allows you to set up your flag on soft surfaces outdoors such as grass, dirt or sand.
Round Ground Spike - an alternative to the star picket, a round ground spike is slightly taller and slightly lighter. It has a more streamlined look and is also used outdoors on soft surfaces.
Round Water Bag - Typically a water bag is used in addition to an alternative base option to provide extra support. With a 15L capacity it's a great economic option to add to the base of flags that will be in high wind areas.
Cross Foot Base - the most common base for indoor use, the cross foot base is lightweight and can also be used outdoors on hard surfaces such as concrete. If purchasing for outdoor use, we recommend accompanying it with a water bag for extra stability.
Square Base - The most heavy duty flag base option, the square base weighs 5kg and is a perfect stand along base for outdoor use. As a flat, heavy base it provides great stability.
Car Tyre Base (folding) - This base option is only appropriate where a car can be used to support the base, and is very popular with real estate agents and car yards. Simply slide the base under a car tyre for a portable and stable flag option.
Wall Mount (30 degrees) - No need to move your banner flags around? The wall mount base is the perfect option to display your banner flag on a store front or fence. The 10x10cm bracket permanently screw to a wall or fence which allows staff to just take the flags in and out each day. The 30 degree wall mount allows your flag to stick out on an angle for greater visability.
