How to Set Up Variable Data Ready for Print
- Please set up your CSV like below.
- Please provide all variable data in a .csv file. An excel document can be converted to a CSV. file within the save as/download as setting.
- You are able to use your own font file or we can predetermine it. If you wish to use your own font, please send the font file as well as your CSV. to info@ibscards.com.au and Subject your Email “<Job Number>: CSV & Font file attached”
- Please leave variable data off your print file, but include the location of where your variable data is to be positioned on your proof file.
